  1. I have an existing account with Lawpavilion and because of that, my registration for the NBA subscription is not going through.
    At the end of my registration,I got this error message “SOMETHING WENT WRONG IN CREATING YOUR PROFILE, PLEASE CONFIRM YOU DO NOT HAVE AN EXISTING ACCOUNT” and there was no other option or way to navigate on the platform. Now my Enrollment number is no longer displaying if I type it in on a fresh registration.
    How do I rectify this?

  3. So I got this Primsol service. I don’t like it because the part requiring me to focus on my phone for research purposes is distracting for me. What other services do you offer that I can upgrade to so the interface with it will look like work and not some fun thing or banality that I do on my phone.

    1. *smiles* I completely understand how this can be for a working professional.
      Interestingly, Primsol can be used on any of your devices/work tools e.g your tablet or your laptop. Tha way, you avoid distractions completely.

    I have followed carefully the activation process as published and outlined on the NBA website.

    However, after entering my Supreme Court Number, strange names popped up:my name was not included.

    Then, I cicked on “I can’t find my SCN. More than 48 hours after that, the message I had earlier repeatedly read led to this place. Very frustrating!

    As if that was not discouraging enough, I was then made to understand vide the message delivered to my inbox to go through clicking on “I can’t find SCN ” again.

    Going through the process after fruitless waiting for more than 48 hours before, at the point of entering my email address, another message popped up in Red Colour “this email has already been taken”
    Pronto, I found myself here.
    Till this moment, I have not been able to access the facility.

  6. I completed the process and made the payment which was acknowledged. I received a message on WhatsApp that I was good to go and asked to select ” subscribe ” to activate the package. All attempts to do so failed as I was being requested to make another payment of N20000 for one year after already paying N10000 for my category. The entire process is very clumsy. Primsol online was what I was using. Why the change?

  7. I have gone through the process repeatedly filling all the required details, the registration is still not successful. I have equally written my complaints and forwarded same to “customercare” LawPavillion more than once, nothing has been done on them several hours later.

  8. Attempts to access the primsol account prove abortive as i always get CLOCK ERROR. Whereas, my date and time are corrrect.

  9. Good morning. Can I reinstall primsol on my new device? I lost the device I originally used in registering and installing primsol

    1. Thank you Enoto. You can easily visit primsol.lawpavilion.com on any other device and log in with your password.

    2. Yes, you simply need to use your previous login details to log in to Primsol on your new device. It is an online application and does not require ‘installation’. Thank you
