Facts

This an Appeal against the decision of the High Court of Justice, Delta State per Kwame O. Okpu, J., sitting at the Oghara judicial Division. The Appellant began an action at the High Court by a writ of summons and statement of claim claiming the sum of N100,000 as general damages for libel published by the Respondents in their National Newspaper called “Urhobo Times” of November 29th Vol. 2. 184 and injunctive orders.

Decision/Held

In conclusion, the Court allowed the appeal.
