Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketer/Community Manager with a background in law, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online community, fostering a positive and engaging environment for our audience.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Create engaging and compelling content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and other digital assets to attract and retain our target audience.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media metrics.
- Foster a vibrant and supportive online community by actively engaging with our audience, addressing their queries and concerns, and initiating conversations that align with our brand values.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, social media metrics, website analytics, and other relevant data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, community management, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas to engage and grow the community
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with major social media platforms
- Proficiency in analyzing digital marketing metrics, data interpretation, and the ability to use insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- NB – A degree in law or a related field is preferred.
