Faith Bamise Oyewale:

Faith is an Associate at ÆLEX— a leading Commercial & Dispute Resolution law firm in Nigeria and West Africa— where his practice spans Dispute Resolution and International Trade & Investments Law. Faith regularly represents clients before Nigerian courts on issues relating to breach of contracts, employment, and fundamental rights among other areas. He was part of the team that successfully secured a judgment against a State Government for the unlawful dismissal of an employee. Faith was recently nominated as a Rising Star in the 2022 Edition of the Africa Legal Awards in Johannesburg, South Africa, in recognition of future leaders who are based in Africa.

Adebimpe Mosanya

Adebimpe is an Associate in the Energy and Natural Resources practice group of TEMPLARS, a leading African law firm (Tier 1), advising clients across sectors and geographies to provide innovative solutions to their most pressing business challenges. Adebimpe’s focus is on transactions in the oil and gas sector, regulatory compliance, international & local acquisitions, and general legal and business advisory, amongst others. She has worked on major corporate commercial transactions & has acquired skills in legal due diligence and general corporate compliance. She provides general legal advisory services and assistance to upstream, midstream, and downstream entities in the oil and gas industry. She is also a Brand & Business development consultant who facilitates trainings locally & internationally for top organizations in areas of personal & corporate branding, leadership development, and brand sustainability strategy. As part of her goals, she aims to utilize her business/brand experience and knowledge by inculcating the art of business into law thereby diversifying the legal industry.
