Checklist for Running Your Law Firm Like a Real Business

That year was 1998, the year the founders of Google, Larry Page and Sergey Brin approached the biggest internet in the world then, Yahoo to sell Google for $1million. Yahoo declined the proposal. Yahoo was valued at $125 billion then. Today, Yahoo is a shadow of its glorious self, and Google is a household name. What happened? They failed to innovate and they were hesitant to make a decisive move.

I bet the law firm owners (firmly rooted in outdated and traditional methods) feel they are immune to this. But they aren’t.

Recent report shows that there are over 2000 law firms in Nigeria (and more still coming)

Think about this.

How does your law firm compare?  Is your law firm ripe for picking on a who’s who legal list? What steps is your law firm taking to set the stage to double or quadruple the size of your law firm ? Where will your law firm be in the next 10 years? We are in the age of customer-centricity and digital disruption. This goes without saying that if your law firm is not future-proof, you may end up being left behind. Don’t be like Yahoo!

We’ve compiled the essential things you need to weave into your law practice in this checklist.

And did we mention it’s free?
